We are looking for our client, an IoT & IT start-up company (Ukraine-USA) for a Business Development Director (IoT & mobile applications)

 

The new Business Development Director:

 

  • Participates in developing commercial strategy both in Ukraine and oversees.
  • Actively prospects and cultivates new business relationships that drive revenue.
  • Responsible for working with companies to implement new business initiatives to drive strategic revenue in the IoT space.
  • Manages a base of customers that they sell IoT services to existing and new customers. Responsible for opportunity and account planning to identify new IoT opportunities, managing their sales funnel, accurately forecasting their business, and closing new business.
  • Collaborates with customer executives, strategic partners, and internal resources to develop IoT solutions that can be marketed to companies that are involved in the expanding IoT market.
  • Works with customers to solve business problems through IoT solution selling and connecting products.
  • Deals negotiation up to the C-level.
  • Driving the strategy and managing the entire sales cycle - from identifying the right solutions or partnerships and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close.

 

Qualifications required:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • B2Bsales experience with high tech sales (IT, IoT, Internet & Mobile)
  • Experience of selling complex solutions/applications/services as lead salesperson or customer.
  • Technologically proficient in IoT related Industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the IoT echo-system including, Infrastructure, Systems, Cloud, MEC, Modules and Platforms.
  • Demonstrated success of meeting and exceeded sales targets and sales leadership.
  • Solid business acumen
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Five years' experience with negotiating and closing large multiyear complex deals.
  • Fluent English, in addition to fluent Russian/Ukrainian
