We are looking for Admin/Office Assistant for a young Ukrainian IT company (50+ staff).
This is a new position created to handle all administrative issues, purchases/admin budget and staff support.
We are looking for a young, but experienced assistant/admin manager who has high energy and enthusiasm, and who is people-oriented and supportive.
This role requires attention to detail, efficient organizational skills, and a willingness to pitch in to get things done.
Responsibilities:
- Manages office administration and provide staff support
- Be responsible for administrative budget
- Assists with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Coordinates travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
- Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports
- Orders supplies and process invoices
- Process and follow-up on business requests
- Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Previous experience as peceptionist/administrative assistant/administrative manager from 2 years at least
- Adherent to high standards of business ethics
- Fluency in English, in addition to Ukrainian and Russian fluency
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group
