We are looking for our client, a large international food industry FMCG company, a Recruitment Manager to manage both Ukrainian and other European recruitment projects, with location in Ukraine.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Regional HR to create and drive the overall strategic direction for the design and implementation of talent acquisition process
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to fit the needs of the geographic areas of the Region
- Manage both local recruitment (Ukraine) and international headhunting projects (Europe) to develop plans to support staffing needs and ensure accurate profiles for current openings
- Source, interview and present candidates for consideration
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future growth needs
- Managing corporate talent pools and developing succession plans
- Conducting corporate assessment centers
- Create and maintain a robust internship program
- Manage graduate acquisition programs
- Develop and maintain recruitment related metrics to determine effectiveness and efficiency of sourcing and recruitment efforts
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Minimum of five years progressive HR/talent acquisition experience, preferably with an international company (FMCG, food, agro, production or other)
- Experience with both direct sourcing and headhunting
- Strong business acumen
- Proactive and creative
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong passion for recruitment and talent management
- High international ethics standards
- Fluent English, in addition to Ukrainian and Russian
