HR Generalist

DESCRIPTION: 

This position is for a HR specialist who will join AMC Bridge 'Human Resources' group. The individual will assist in various aspects of recruitment, HR and people management. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Sourcing of candidates, using all possible ways in attracting the best IT specialists; looking for new ways of sourcing of candidates 
• Assistance and participation in PR activity for sourcing of candidates 
• Arrange recruitment process: selection of candidates, arrange interviews, conduct HR part of interview, reporting, maintain DB of candidates 
• Manage onboarding, adaptation and employee promotion processes 
• Managing the Internship process 
• Managing the training, team building and sports activities inside the company 
• Provide analytics and statistics on requests 
• IT job market research 

 REQUIREMENTS: 

• 2+ years of experience in HR-generalist or related position 
• Know all possible ways and methods of sourcing and head hunting 
• General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry 
• Excellent communicational skills 
• Intermediate written and spoken English 
• High level of MS Office knowledge 
• Being a true team player
