ASP.NET Software Engineer (Middle/Senior)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Our job is to build the Internet of Tools. We are making industrial facilities safer, cleaner, and more productive by connecting workers, tools, and data. Our award-winning system has a wide application in all processing, liquefaction, and refining installations, providing cost savings both directly and indirectly through installation time reduction. 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of software development experience, preferably with CAD or other engineering software applications.

EDUCATION: BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong ASP.NET development skills
• Familiarity with spiral and agile software development
• Web application skills, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with continuous integration and/or continuous delivery
• Proficiency at creating, consuming, and documenting RESTful services and architecture
• Expertise in using browser tooling for profiling and auditing
• Experience using unit testing libraries and utilities
• At least an intermediate level of English (speaking, reading, and writing skills)

DUTIES:

• Ensure offline device operation and data synchronization
• Write testable code
• Use Continuous Integration Tools
• Be a responsible team member: do code reviews, mentor others, refactor code, and share knowledge
• Ensure that a healthy, safe, secure, and environmentally conscious work atmosphere is always maintained by all staff, in compliance with corporate policies and federal and state regulations
