Front-end Developer (React, JS)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Web-based construction scheduler for construction foremen and subcontractor foreman.  The ideal candidate should have experience with HTML5 and JavaScript for 2+ years, including building web applications using the React JavaScript library. Other important skills include the ability to integrate with RESTful web services and quickly prototype UI components based on business rules.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of software development experience.

EDUCATION: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering discipline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript and CSS
• Strong experience with the React JavaScript library or React Native
• Experience in BIM360 or Assemble Systems is a plus
• Strong object-oriented programming and design skills
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
• At least an intermediate level of English (speaking, reading and writing skills)

DUTIES:

• Build a web application front end using React, React Router and component libraries
• Create additional UI components to facilitate rapid and consistent development
• Attend daily standups, planning sessions and sprint reviews
