We are looking for a talented and passionate Office Manager to join Materialise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position (office 100 + people) is a must
• Host attitude for solving office issues is a must
  
• Upper-intermediate level of English is a must
  
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
  
• Good organizational skills
• Creativity

Responsibilities:

• Daily office support and supply management
• Suggesting and implementing ideas for office improvement
• Supervision of cleaning and housekeeping personnel
• Management of internal and external office relocations
• A regular and annual inventory of office assets
• Office stock control (control of availability and timely disposal)
• Handling of incoming/outgoing calls/correspondence/deliveries; 
• General administrative questions assistance to colleagues and visitors; 
• Organization of business trips for colleagues and visitors (visa and tickets arrangements, hotel and taxi reservation). 
• Reception arrangement
