ABOUT THE TEAM

The Marketing team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Parimatch International growth across the globe. We focus on community-driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.

 

The Marketing department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Parimatch International faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Parimatch International, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed. They identify problems, propose solutions and then implement. It's really that simple. You could be growing the international business, by working with HQ and local country teams to help them grow.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Preparing and executing digital marketing strategy to support Parimatch International business growth in Africa, Asia and Latin America
  • Ensuring best possible spent optimization across countries to meet performance goals
  • Defining digital channel mix, its execution and testing
  • Working with local marketing team to align global and local performance marketing strategies & goals
  • Working to build a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
  • Working with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
  • Hiring, managing and leading performance marketing team
  • Using a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness in all marketing paid channels
  • Work with internal stakeholders, such as Retention, Branding, BI, Product to define the proposition and promise of the brand, to then make sure it is translated in our customer acquisition efforts
  • Oversee Media Buying, Acquisition BI, Creative Strategy and Operations, SEO teams, App Store and Mobile teams, to deliver consistency in the comms as well as in the customer journeys as well as superior performance across all regions.

 

YOU ARE:

  • Someone who is able to effectively motivate and lead a team, setting clear KPI's
  • An experienced growth hacker with a stellar track record of driving exponential growth in customer acquisition, across multiple markets, for world renowned internet businesses
  • Smart, creative, bold and daring, but at the same time highly data-driven and analytical. Experience in a highly commercial environment is key, with a profound understanding of growth metrics and KPIs, and strong instincts for where the greatest gains, at the fastest speed, may be made.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Minimum of 3 years of business experience in digital marketing, performance marketing on client or agency side
  • In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: Google ecosystem, Facebook ecosystem, Affiliate networks and SEO with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
  • Very good understanding of digital data analytics and programmatic platforms
  • Up-intermediate level of English.
