Purpose of the position:
• Making the company a market leader
• Maintaining a high level of projects’ profitability in the medium and long run
• building departments.

Responsibilities:
• Creation of a product roadmap, development of a general strategy for product development and its implementation;
• Launch of new services;
• Ongoing work to improve the offer;
• Building an effective customer service and sales department;
• Strategic and operational management of commercial, financial-economic, administrative-economic activities of the company;
• Goal setting, budgeting, methodologies, regulations, description of the employees’ functionality;
• Management of company resources;
• Audit, analysis, and assessment of the efficiency of business processes;
• Management of current operational processes to achieve results, launching new business processes;
• Building a system of rationing, remuneration and motivation, KPI;
• Development of a risk management system, identification, and assessment of business risks;
• Development of proposals for the development of new directions, niches for business development;
• Organization, management, and ensuring the effective work of employees;
• Formation, protection, and control of the budget;
• Development of a marketing strategy;
• Negotiating and building cooperation with partners;
• Optimization of the cost structure;

Requirements:
• Successful experience in managing and building a young company from scratch.
• Successful experience in making the company a market leader;
• Successful experience in scaling and bringing the company to new markets;
• Knowledge of languages;
• Experience in the US market
• Work experience of 3-5 years in a managerial position;
• Ability to work for results, initiative, honesty, stress resistance, active life position, positive thinking;
• Broad outlook, ability and desire to solve non-standard tasks;
• Leadership and motivation of subordinates;
