Account Manager / Client Manager

We’re looking for a proactive Account / Client Manager who will maintain close communication with our clients and will be a link between them and PPC specialists. You will work with big Amazon brands to support them with updates and information.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Еxperience in dealing with clients

• Communication skills

• Work with handling objections

• Ability to learn quickly

• Proactivity & initiative

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to explain complex things in a simple way

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with Jira

• Experience in working with PPC specialists

Your Responsibilities:

• Close work with clients and the PPC specialists on a daily basis

• Create weekly reports

• Setting up weekly meetings with clients

• Communication of progress with the clients

• Solving problems during the work with clients

• Settling disagreements between the client and the team

• Providing updates
