Now we are looking for talented Lead Sound Designer to join our Kiev team! We expect that your previous experience will help us to reach the most ambitious goals and deliver brilliant sound performance for app users.

What you'll do:

• Manage audio performance (sound design, music, and voiceovers) and be responsible for effective audio content delivery

• Collaborate with production managers and art direction to identify and set audio objectives, goals and timelines

• Establish sound design trends and sound production quality analysis, translate them into actionable tasks to ensure the best audio performance

• Run daily work-in-progress reviews, audio testing, feedback sessions and more to drive feedback towards achieving the quality bar

• Record, edit and design sound effects using industry standard methods and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent English

• 5+ years experience in sound design

• 1+ years experience managing and leading teams

• Ability to align and drive a team toward execution and user value delivery.

• Expertise in the holistic sound design process (sound design, music, voiceover, etc.)

• Experience with sound design creation tools and techniques.

• Experience with voice over processing tools and techniques.

• Experience with sound design, voiceover and music implementation methods.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
