Bobarista - Barista/Cashier

Our new founded Bubble Tea Bar boba & black is looking for milk tea enthusiasts who are passionate about quality, transparency, and good business practices. Our mission is to bring bubble tea from Taiwan to Ukraine. We do this through our thoughtfully crafted drinks, snacks and next-level customer service. Come join us!

BOBARISTA

YOU WILL

• Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your coworkers
• Make delicious milk tea drinks made in house
• Share your new knowledge of tea with our guests and get them excited about boba
• Do preparations: cooking boba, brewing teas, cutting fruit, restocking supplies
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area
• Knowing and complying consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Work back of house duties such as cleaning equipment, mopping, and taking out recycling

YOU ARE

• Passionate about creating experiences for others and constantly seeking new ways to go above and beyond
• Experienced in food and beverage or fast paced retail environments
• Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with our guests and the team
• Able to speak English with foreign guests and our founders who are from US and Germany

WE WILL

• Pay a salary of
  4000 UAH for 20 hours/week
  6000 UAH for 30 hours/week
  8000 UAH for 40 hours/week
• Offer reasonable work hours
