Night Manager

The cult five-star hotel RIVIERA HOUSE is currently looking for Night Manager to join our team!

RIVIERA HOUSE is a 5 * standard hotel!

Main responsibilities:

• Handle all hotel operations during the night shift;
• Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests;
• Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate;
• Maintain a professional and high quality service;
• Handle guests' requests;
• Offer referral for services and handle requests for information;
• Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours;
• Assist other departments as required.

Requirements:

• Fluent English both verbal and written;
• Decision making skills;
• Higher education;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is a must.
