Responsibilities:

• Daily management of location and teaching team
• Create schedules for academic year
• Approve and submit teaching hours each month for payment
• Talk to potential/current clients about lessons, course outcomes, and any queries or complaints
• Complete administrative tasks, whilst ensuring teachers are also completing their paperwork.
• Finding substitutions when a teacher is off
• Take part and provide internal trainings

Requirements:

• English - advanced
• Relevant Degree
• Previous experience of teaching children in a similar or related environment
• Ability to work as part of a team, be flexible
• Sharing resources, ideas and lending support to colleagues as required
• Desire and genuine enthusiasm to work with children and adults
