We are looking for an IT systems support specialist for our plant site. You'll have an outstanding chance to collaborate with local resources to support IT components in the Operational Technology space.

Our work plan is aligned with the plant priorities and will require technical deep understanding to execute IT technical work. You will balance capacity in line with local needs and global IT focus area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be accountable for the following IT focus areas at the plant:

• Setup and technical support of VMware vSphere, vCenter Virtualization System;
• Administration of Veeam Backup & Replication and NetApp - the automatic backup and disaster recovery system;
• Maintenance/configuration of hardware: servers, computers, communication equipment, and networks;
• Ensuring compliance of hardware, software and communication systems involved in the production process;
• Configuring and monitoring network equipment based on Cisco / Zabbix technologies;
• EVP service management;
• Keeping documentation up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher education degree;
• CISCO certification preferable;
• IT support experience preferable;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Ability to work independently and as a team worker.
