Brand Activation Manager

In this role you will be building happiness of the Customers in Ukraine and cooperating on improving profitability of the Brands. This includes crafting the programs, aligning it both with the Brands and Sales Team. The role is one of a kind opportunity, as it was non-existent in our Ukrainian structure - Therefore, you will have a huge impact on crafting your own role.

With us you will:

• Prepare and lead execution of channel strategy across all our brands
• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, programs and activities to improve profitability of brands, their strategies and meet the customer engagement objectives
• Work closely with retailer, marketing, sales team and external vendors in order to understand and match customer characteristics with our different brands
• Develop creative ideas to transform local customers' needs into new solutions
• Help to implement new customer acquisition strategies for our brands by using a mix of direct and digital marketing channels
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for category development at given retailers, as well as actively participate in retailer's meetings
• Develop and manage trade and promo activations
• Deal with effective budget management and allocation across brands and customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

Apply if you have:

• Proven track record (2-5 years' experience) in a highly independent role within FMCG industry in one of the following areas: trade marketing, brand management, key account management or customer sales / customer marketing areas
• Experience working cross-functionally to execute multiple projects efficiently, with ability of managing key partners
• A deep understanding of direct marketing channels
• Fluent English and Ukrainian is required
• Bachelor's degree
