Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Gambling/Gaming as a Risk Prevention Specialist
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and presence of mind in identifying ingenious fraud schemes
• Prior experience in working on roles related to Chargeback Prevention and Fraud Prevention in online companies
• Advanced English is a must

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with our payment processors to deal with chargebacks and other issues related to online payments.
• Report about the various risks/abuse of policies that are affecting the revenue of the company
• Monitoring of customer complaints to see if there are any procedural lapses that need to be fixed
• Ensuring proper risk reporting
• Support in all risk assessments
