Job Description
Miratech is looking for a Support Engineer (L1-L2 ) to join our team, who will help us working on the users technical support.
Responsibilities:
- L1 support including:
- Maintenance of user workstations, telephony, peripheral and mobile devices; installation, commissioning, connection, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairing.
- Installation of OS, other software, troubleshooting.
- Processing of Service Desk requests.
- L2 support including:
- Connect (POAS) - adding/removing users, access control, troubleshooting (mainly via CMS), backup control.
- M-files (contracts) - adding/removing users, access control, troubleshooting, backup control.
- 1C (Candy, Payroll, ComSales) - adding/removing users, access control, troubleshooting, backup control - all at the level of MS
SQL database, access to servers. - M.E.Doc - adding/removing users, access control.
- Ticket control and escalation if necessary.
- Backup of QisX and 1C systems - backup control of MS
SQL databases, troubleshooting, if necessary. - English - intermediate
