Job Description

• preparing invoices and credit notes for foreign and Ukrainian clients
• providing courteous, prompt, and professional customer service for all billing related questions
• reviewing and researching billing discrepancies including past due accounts, payment terms, pricing, etc. and resolve all billing concerns for customers
• coordinating with Sales and Account Management teams to apply adjustments, audit customer invoices, and address collections inquiries
• expediting timely payment via phone, e-mail, or collection letters in accordance with Company policy and internal processes
• debt collect processing
• performing various administrative functions for customer accounts including, but not limited to, recording address changes and updating billing and payment information
• registration of incoming payments
• checking & confirmation payments in cost allocation system APR
• verification and control of timely  payments  in several international banks
• set of payments in international banks
• preparation of payroll journals
• preparing data for internal audit
• Ad hock tasks

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Upper-intermediate English
• Proven experience in finance controlling and  receivables  2-3 years
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Auditing experience
• Compliance oriented
• Analytical skills
