Job Description

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team on full-time basis for software testing. The project involves development of custom applications to handle the full range of work that arrives in a contact center.

The customer is the world's leading provider of customer service and contact center software, with more than 4,500 customers in 80 countries. Drawing on its more than 20 years of customer service innovation and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Development, documentation, and execution of automated and manual tests across all stages of the product development lifecycle following best practices and methods;
• Develop and maintain automated test environments for the assigned projects;
• Estimate project test efforts, create test strategy, test plan and test cases for new projects;
• Work collaboratively with product manager, development, QA, and technical publication teams during all stages of software development life cycle.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software development/testing experience
• 2+ years of automated test development experience in any of Java/C#/Python
• Experience with Linux: general OS understanding, comfortable with command line and shell scripting
• Experience reading/correcting SQL queries
• Intermediate written and spoken English
