Financial Analyst (foreign entities)

Responsibilities:

• Period closing activities: monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting process for several legal entities in various jurisdictions
• Monitoring entities' performance and evaluating tax position, building and updating cost models
• Supervising outsourcing accounting specialists in various jurisdictions
• Liaising with auditors during statutory audits of financial statements (for several legal entities in various jurisdictions)
• Assist in set-up of new legal entities in foreign countries (relevant experience would be an asset)
• Liaising and building relationships with servicing banks in various jurisdictions
• Ad hoc requests

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting
• 3+ years of work experience in relevant area
• English - upper intermediate
• PC advanced user (Excel and MS office products)
• Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solving while maintaining flexibility
