Responsibilities

  • Monthly report preparation;
  • Dealing with banks (bank payments, client bank and bank statement);
  • Accounting for fixed assets;
  • Accounts payable processing (incoming acts, incoming VAT);
  • Processing of primary cost documents;
  • Executing payrolls and calculating respective taxes (HQ, subcontractors, invalids, hospital payments, and vacations);
  • Margin and cost analysis of product/customer/project;
  • Control of deviations of actual  project/entity costs from budgeted;
  • Recommendations on costs optimization;
  • Keep track of changes legislation.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Economics from a leading University
  • English - pre-intermediate
  • Proficiency in Accounting principles, National standards, 1C 8.2, 1C ЗУП
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Accountant in the reputable international or leading Ukrainian company
  • Strong experience in financial accounting,
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office and other business applications)
  • Analytical mindset and accuracy with numbers
  • Working knowledge of math and statistical methods
  • Considerable experience in passing tax audits in Ukraine is a plus
  • Experience in financial reporting automation is a plus
