Now Miratech is looking for an intern to Legal department

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine
• Work with contracts: drawing up, analyzing, making changes
• Preparation of analytical materials, conclusions and recommendations on current legislation
• Registration, systematization and archiving of contracts
• Official correspondence with legal entities and individuals on legal issues
• Preparation of internal documents regulating the work of the company.

Requirements

• Higher education in Law (or students)
• Willingness to start a legal career
• English intermediate level
• Strong MS Office user
• Well-organized, detail-oriented
• Practical approach to problem solving and processes improvement
• Flexibility, being able to react to the challenges of a fast moving environment
