We are looking for a talented and hard-working lawyer who would join our legal team. The successful candidate will have exceptional opportunities for professional growth in supporting a large-scale international advertising business.

Skills and experience:

• Law degree.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a digital advertising agency or information technologies.

• Strong contract and compliance experience.

• Excellent legal writing and research skills.

• Excellent knowledge of international laws governing marketing and IP.

• English - Upper-Intermediate.

• Ability to work in terms of multitasking.

Duties:

• Advising on commercial contracts & licensing regulations.

• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts (including marketing agreements, advertising insertion orders, production agreements, agreements with bloggers and influencers, NDA).

• Work with e-commerce agreements, including privacy policies, terms of service and other relevant website documentation.

• Analysis and systematization of international legislation in different regions.

• Legal support of the fulfillment of ads with local legislation, including license terms regarding advertising and data protection.

• Participation in developing legal guidelines, policies, and internal corporate standards.

• Support day-to-day legal activities of the company.

• Communication with foreign lawyers and complaints officers.
