Project manager (courier operations)

YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
Join us as a Senior Glover Specialist and become a key member of Glovo's local operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

• Be responsible for implementing processes, detect issues and propose solutions regarding all aspects of acquisition and retention of Glovers
• Have a Data sensitive approach, making sure that all the information is transferred to our database and reports correctly    
• Coordinate projects to reach your goals   
• Oversee and improve courier retention via segmentation. Ensure the best performers continue to deliver   
• Understand local needs, and put yourself in the skin of the Glover - understand who they are
• Evaluate strategic opportunities    
• Contribute towards the continuous improvement of Glover life-cycle through out-of-the-box thinking    
• Improve processes on behalf of couriers through projects (when necessary)?    Work closely with global and local teams on processes standardization and local variations    
• Perform analysis to come up with some insights to help improve processes having as the ultimate goal the maximization of team efficiency
  
  

YOU HAVE:

• Previous experience in on-demand fleet management or customer support in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Experience in team working
• Good communication skills, ability and agility to solve problems
• High motivation to work for a fast-growing startup
• Good computer skills and basic Excel skills 
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
• Initiative, proactivity and autonomy - Glovo is also yours!
• Good energy and you like what you do, even on bad days
• University degree 
• Fluency in English
