As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team of the country. You will be the right-hand of the Senior Ops Manager.

You will:

• Support the Senior Ops Manager and his team both through strategic thinking and with the daily tasks
• Support the Senior Ops Manager to improve daily forecasts and increase efficiency
• Contribute to designing and building a sustainable supply in Ukraine
• Check and monitor the main KPIs and help define the best tactics and strategies to improve them
• Support in the launching of new cities
• Implement, standardize and execute processes among cities
• Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the global operations department through out-of-the-box thinking
• Answer to glovers questions regarding mismatches in payments and build an easy process to follow in order to solve all the balance related issue

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Maths/ Economics/ Finance/ other business field
• Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root causes
• Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
• Dynamic and proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a team
• You're able to think strategically, but you don't mind getting your hands dirty
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in SQL and/or coding is a plus.
• Professional English
