ENESTECH develops a B2B SaaS software for esports businesses with headquarters in Kyiv.

The core product is called SENET — a cloud based solution, management software for PC console-based gaming arenas. Senet is used by 1800+ gaming centers in over 58+ countries worldwide.

Our solution helps automate the process, simplify accounting for finances, optimize staff time, establish communication with customers and increase profits. Our development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies and trends.

About the role:

During a few last years, we have shown great successes moving towards new markets. Now we are expanding and looking for a Customer Success Specialist for our team.

Tasks:

• working with current customers to make sure the retention rate is high;
• assisting customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service;
• reviewing customer complaints and concerns and seeking to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company;
• optimizing existing processes within the company and actively enhancing all Customer Success initiatives.

Our candidate has:

• advanced level of English and fluent in Russian;
• computer knowledge (MS Office package, CRM);
• work experience in local CRM systems;
• strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• empathy and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• desire to learn, ask and develop.
