Our client is a company focused on the marketing of worldwide b2c and b2b igaming services.
Company has been founded over 5 years ago and now provides opportunities for the professionals to grow together.
Responsibility:
- Communication with VIP clients by email / sms / messengers;
- CRM maintenance
Required skills:
- Experience as a support or vip manager 1 year;
- Experience in chats and / or letters (there are telephone, and there are written ones — we need written ones).
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of English at the Advanced level;
- Work experience in IT companies will be +.
- Experience in support services with English or in the «field» will be a great benefit;
- Showing empathy for customer problems is a big plus;
- Personal qualities — attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality, a desire to show extra mile in work.
