We require:

• Fluent German/ English - Must.
• Experience with clients in the financial markets (Must have)
• Experience in the Retention department from 6 months. (Must have)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment - Must.

Responsibilities:

• Provide conversations with the customers via e-mail and phone.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and factors that influence them.
• Explain to clients the Company's trading systems.
• Identify business opportunities, potential clients and VIP customers and negotiate in order to create profitable account.
• Working with high energy team and meeting dead-lines.
