Sales manager for overseas realty / investment realty.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintaining client relations.

2. Processing new leads.

3. Set own sales goals.

4. Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

5. Full communication with the client on the project.

6. Build eco relationship in the team.

Requirements:

1. Advanced communication skills.

2. Real estate sales skills. Results sales in the overseas realty will be a plus. Results sales of investment realty will be a plus.

3. Proven experience of high results in similar positions.

4. Self-discipline. The desire and ability to achieve high results with support but without control.

5. High level of English - at the level of communication with the client and subsequent sales. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
