KBP Station Manager

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Ensure 3rd party suppliers and service providers at KBP airport consistently meet required specifications, implementing corrective action to prevent or resolve any service failure
  • Ensure continuous improvement in services provided by 3rd party suppliers and service providers at KBP airport through the regular inspections and review of performance data, robust management of contracts and benchmarking other service providers
  • Build and maintain effective working partnerships with external suppliers and service providers at a strategic level to exploit maximum value in terms of cost and quality of services at KBP airport
  • Ensure that 3rd party suppliers and service providers at KBP airport consistently deliver service excellence against agreed quality measures through corrective and preventative action implementation
  • Manage ongoing business, financial and operating performance relating to the plans and budgets on a quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on financial, operating and quality results and specific projects and initiatives
  • Maintain a register of all station specific legislation applicable to occupational health, safety and operations with applicable station specifics
  • Deliver regular operations performance reports to the management
  • Coordination of work with related departments of airline and supporting local line management teams with the day-to-day suppliers management of services

 

Hours per week:

40 hours

 

EXPECTATIONS FROM A CANDIDATE

Education level:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Management and Administration or Economy and Enterprise

 

Essential

Experience:

  • Operational background in ground handling or station management
  • Budget management
  • Experience in negotiations
  • Experience of managing significant 3rd party supplier contracts
  • Experience of managing service level agreements
  • Knowledge of MS Office and presentation preparation
  • English - Upper Intermediate, Ukrainian & Russian - fluent
