Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Conduct pre-screening interviews
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process
Manage candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System
Collaborate with other members of the Talent Team to drive talent acquisition efficiencies and performance
Use the best practices for interviewing skills, talent acquisition process, and engagement
Build strong trusted advisor relationships with managers to understand their business and staffing requirements, ensuring the highest quality of candidates are presented in a timely manner
Leverage professional networking, internet resources, social media, direct sourcing techniques and professional sites to source candidates
Excellent oral and written communication skills
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
