Middle/Senior Python Developer

On behalf of leading German provider of consultancy and software development services for Automotive Industry, JatApp is looking for a Senior Python developer for our team in Kyiv on a full- time basis. 

About Client

Company is headquartered in Munich, Germany and specializes in development of test automation framework aimed at improvement of their automotive clients' digital products development process.

Together with the core team, you will play a vital role on the process of development of 3rd generation test automation framework, which focuses on Scalable Continuous Testing, Web User Interfaces, REST API Testing, Highly adaptable and extensible for special SUTs and many more.

You will be welcomed to join the dedicated team in Kyiv if you:

• Willing to work in a dynamic environment where you will work on extremely cutting the edge technologies;
• Ready to work with experienced Python engineers. Some core team members have started their path from the first versions of Python;
• Want to participate in development of open source product used by German automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new custom functionality and libraries;
• Adopting new libraries and technologies;
• Extending and maintaining the product framework.

Skills:

• 2yrs+ of hands on experience with Python
• Good grasp in OOP and software design
• Big appetite to write clean, maintainable and scalable code
• Experience with Elastic Search/Kibana (ELK)
• Understanding of Docker and containerization
• Git flow and CI/CD
• Experience with MQTT is a plus
• English - Upper Intermediate +
