We're looking for a passionate and talented Event Manager to manage day-to-day marketing efforts.

Goal: successful launch of the new brand in UA and later international market.

Requirements:

• Higher education. Master's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management or Foreign Languages;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks;
• Analytical, critical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to details;
  
• Strong background in creating presentations and working with databases;
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Advance level of English.

Will be a plus:

• 2+ years of experience as Event Manager or Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Help to plan and organize all marketing event activities (exhibitions, workshops, meetups, conferences);
  
• Develop and order marketing and souvenir materials (business cards, brochures, giveaway products, corporate clothing, clients gifts etc.);
• Work with various contractors, agencies, event organizers etc. ;
• Develop and prepare together with designers team visuals for printing and web materials;
• Create events efficiency tracking tools in CRM System;
• Initiate and control marketing related payments and create reports; 
• Conduct other administration and operational tasks;
