Role: Ensure the space is always full.

Responsibilities:

• Build network of real estate agents and work closely with them to close the deals.
  
• Respond to all customer queries prior and during the viewing.
  
• Deliver introductory tours of the space and based on the customers needs define the most appropriate offer.
  
• ABC: always be closing: sign the deal and pass the resident on to the Community Manager.

Requirements:

• BA/MA degree.
• 3+ years of experience in sales (ideally in real estate or tech).
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding and genuine interest in tech scene.
• English: Intermediate.
