WORKIT COWORKING SPACES IN THE HEART OF KIEV.
MISSION: we strengthen community of tech entrepreneurs and empower them to build fantastic products through offering all-inclusive co-working spaces and additional services.

Role: Ensure the space is always full.
Responsibilities:
- Build network of real estate agents and work closely with them to close the deals.
- Respond to all customer queries prior and during the viewing.
- Deliver introductory tours of the space and based on the customers needs define the most appropriate offer.
- ABC: always be closing: sign the deal and pass the resident on to the Community Manager.
Requirements:
- BA/MA degree.
- 3+ years of experience in sales (ideally in real estate or tech).
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding and genuine interest in tech scene.
- English: Intermediate.
