Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Have fluent spoken and written English with excellent English comprehension skills.
• Have 1-3 years of sales experience or marketing related experience in a solution/service selling environment.
• Sales-minded, result-oriented and persistent, with a proactive position.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have proficiency in EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create sales email sequences.
• Experience working with Upwork and related platforms will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing individual proposals for clients
• Building and maintaining a prospecting list of potential high-value contacts
• Creating personalized emails to engage targeted accounts
• Qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
• Consistent lead generation of good qualified leads on a weekly/ daily basis.
• Achieving sales leadgen and appointment quotas
• Working collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
