Key Responsibilities

Payroll

Maintain and register the day-to-day running accounting

Maintain Bookkeeping daily operations in internal management software

Monthly accounts reconciliations and expenses controlling

Dealing with auditors

Dealing with bank transactions

Payments

Expense reports accounting

Assets, depreciation, disposals, write-offs of assets

Assist in various types of finance/accounting department engagements

Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

5+ years of experience in the accounting/finance department is a must

previous work in international companies is a plus

English: strong oral and written English skills

Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting

fully knowledgeable and constantly updated in Ukrainian tax and employee-related regulation

Able to work independently and reliably, take the initiative, troubleshoot, and be solution-oriented

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

Sense of teamwork, community, humor, and integrity
