MAGETIC AI is an R&D development center. We generate Artificial Intelligence Technologies, with machine learning & deep learning abilities, converting data into insights, and autonomously acting on these insights.
We are currently looking for a proactive Office Manager/ Administrative Manager to join our friendly team!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping,
- Schedule meetings and appointments,
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment,
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs,
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and many other activities,
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time,
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease,
- Provide general support to visitors,
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
Requirements:
- English language - Upper-Intermediate,
- High Education degree,
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitasking work,
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills,
- Personal confidence and strong troubles shooting attitude,
- Team-player with a positive mindset.
