Product Owner

Playson is a leading online gaming supplier with a worldwide recognition which was founded in 2012. We offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for the leading iGaming operators.

We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team in Kyiv.

Requirements:

- Good level of spoken and written English.

- 2+ years of experience working in Scrum or other agile process.

- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.

- Proven experience in building technology products in product role.

- Can communicate equally comfortably with software engineers, designers, mathematicians, commercial team and our customers. 

- Ability to articulate, quickly prototype and test your ideas.

- Data-driven and analytical mindset in decision-making.

- Can keep accuracy and attention to detail in fast and agile environment.

- Ability to prioritize tasks to make sure the right things get built at the right time.

- Motivated by challenges and stretch goals.

As a plus:

- Understanding of industry and technology trends for online gambling market.

- Experience of working in an international team.

- Entrepreneurial and intellectually curious mindset.

- Great product instincts and creativity.

- Ability to understand complex issues, make clear decisions and confidently communicate your point of view.

- Experience in a high tech / software engineering setting; can quickly become familiar with the nature of our products and technology behind them.

- Practical experience with product management tools, like workflow management (Jira), collaboration software (Confluence), data analytics platforms (Tableau, Google Analytics) etc.

- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to deliver quality work while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

- Create features and drive high-value product improvements for the business.

- Be a Product Owner for full-stack Agile development team.

- Gather ideas, crystallize them into great user stories and prioritize according to business needs.

- Participate in managing the overall company product roadmap.

- Explain product changes and improvements to stakeholders and act as an advocate for the product.

- Be a creative sparring partner inside our team to help build better products.
