Middle PHP Symphony Developer

Playson is a leading online gaming supplier with a worldwide recognition which was founded in 2012. We offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for the leading iGaming operators.

We are looking for a Middle PHP Developer. It is a position in the feature team, which is responsible for making new features for our games and not only.

Requirements:

• Symphony 4 framework
• Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent years of work experience
• 2+ years of web programming experience in a business environment
• Good knowledge of PHP and familiar with various PHP frameworks
• Experience setting up and managing LAMP stack or equivalent environments
• Experience writing efficient MySQL queries
• Experience writing and integrating with API's
• Experience with Source Control / VCS, specifically Git
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with XML and JSON
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Javascript
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• The desire to learn new technologies and techniques
• High degree of adaptability

As a plus:

• PHP 7
• Understanding of DevOps principles
• JIRA/Scrum familiarity
• Experience in UI Design or testing

Responsibilities:

The PHP Developer will work on a small team with big goals. The role entails design, build, and testing for several product areas (a few separate products in fact). You'll be one of two key contributor on:

• Multi-tier client-server application made for statistics review, system configuration and access management
• Corporate promo web-site
• Middleware application for client-server advanced interaction
• Other sub-products coded in PHP
