Requirements:

• experience as retention (6+ months);
• experience in Forex;
• English upper-intermediate (additional languages such as French, German);
• correct oral and written language;
• clear diction;
• desire to work and earn money;
• energy;
• skill to work in team.
• managing of the desk;
• motivate team;
• help sales managers;
• deal with newcomers;
• communication with customers;
• consultation of the customers;
• transactions.
