Retention manager

Our company has been on the market for long time. We are looking for an experienced retention manager which specializes in financial services.

Requirements:

• experience as Retention manager (6+ months) at the financial company;
• strong English skills - Advanced or higher;
• good negotiating skills;
• be a result-oriented person.
• Getting new clients through database of the company;
• To build an effective relationship with new customers;
• Establishing trust with potential clients;
• Hit sales targets;
• basic salary + % (best offer at the market);
• extra bonuses for excellent work
• Opportunity to become a Team Lead of Retention Agents
• hot leads;
• clients from Europe, Nordic countries;
• company's holidays and events
• working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 (MON-FRI);
• coffee, tea, sweet water, cookies, chocolates, cakes...
• Work in the history center of Kiev.
