Who we are: A Ukrainian branch of an e-commerce site, headquartered in USA with over +200 brands +1MM products, seeking a product/price maintenance specialist to join our team in Kiev, Ukraine
Job Duties include:
-Updating products data and prices in the system and on the website
-Spreadsheet tasks such as combining data, referencing information from other sheets, manually seeking information to make final adjustments
-Using advanced Excel/Access/SQL tools to automate manual processing of price files
-Reviewing requests from within the company to correct invalid data and applying correction
-Calling vendors to request data files, keeping track of the requests made
-Maintaining, updating and publishing detailed reporting (weekly, and monthly)
-Working with high-volume, multi-platform tasks

Skills and requirements:
-Must be able to work 40 hours a week, 11.00-20.00
-Extensive experience in MS Excel is a must (Text/Array/Logical functions, Pivot Tables)
-MS Access/VBA and/or SQL - candidates with these skills will be given preference
-ERP software experience is a plus
-Attention to details, ability to work with large volumes of data
