Unit City is looking for an experienced Resident Spaces Manager in Kyiv.

Key responsibilities:

· Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of existing clients and acquiring new clients from a pool of innovative companies worldwide

· Understanding of key approaches (tools) how to know the customer needs and requirements

· Expanding the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

· Negotiation during all the sales process and after

· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

· Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

· Prepare market reports on basic areas

· Project management in coordination with all the stakeholders of UNIT City (construction, marketing, communication...)

· Assistant in onboarding process into the UNIT.City community and life cycle
