Throughout our 20-year history, the group has accumulated a diversified portfolio of assets that spans both traditional sectors and industries of the future, and ranges from real estate, infrastructure and manufacturing to pharmaceuticals, renewable energy and technology. The group's total assets are valued at $750m.

Our growing team is looking for a Personal Executive Assistant for the CEO(https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicholastymoshchuk/).

 

Job description:

  • Daily schedule planning, management and coordination with all internal/external stakeholders
  • Frequent meetings management: prioritization, supervision, Minutes of the Meeting drafting
  • «Turn-key» business trip management (in close coordination with Business Development Team): accommodation, logistics, agenda, prioritization
  • Full budget administration for the CEO in coordination with the Ukrainian and Belgian accounting and legal teams
  • Management of the databases
  • Full-cycle administration of documentation and correspondence turnover
  • Accompany CEO at selective meetings in Ukraine and abroad (EU, US, Israel, Asia)
  • Notetaking and «To Do» list management
  • Daily management of CEO's personal tasks

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 5-year of relevant work experience
  • Verbal and written fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian is an absolute must
  • German, French, Spanish is a significant plus
  • Advanced business communication skills: effective email and verbal communication at executive level, technical savvy of business communication platforms (online/digital and landline) is a plus
  • Orientation in basic business support processes (legal and accounting procedures)
  • Knowledge of business ethics and etiquette
  • Easygoing, with positive mindset and go-get approach
  • Person of integrity and responsibility
  • Effective and tolerant team player
  • Computer skills: advanced user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, competent user of online search engines, CRM experience is a plus
