Senior Associate/Attorney at Law

Bower Cotton is long established international law firm with our head office in London, offices in Kyiv and Moscow and with representation office in New York.

The Firm is looking for ambitious professionals in sphere of law for Kyiv office.

Special requirements:

• Higher education (Law/International Law), a foreign LLM. is preferable;
• Fluent written and oral English, Russian and Ukrainian languages;
• Strong analytical, legal writing and research skills;
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle urgent tasks simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy;
• Certificate in legal practice and advocacy;
• 5+ years experience in jurisprudence (Criminal and Family Law is a plus).

Main duties:

• Negotiations and settlement of commercial disputes;
• Drafting any type of documents: claims, submissions, contracts, advices etc.;
• Representation of clients in courts, other authorities and institutions;
• Business correspondence and reporting.
