Being HR Senior Generalist you are going to contribute to the dynamic Ukraine business growth and grow as HR professional.

    Main purpose of the Job:

    • To provide coherent, trusted and effective HR general support for Ukraine & CE business.

    Key responsibilities:

    • • HR Administration and payroll: maintain Workday HR data system, manage 3rd party providers to ensure high quality and compliance in HR administration and payroll, prepare initial data for payroll and collaborate with Finance department within the process
    • • Performance Management: support Performance & Development management cycle execution
    • • Recruitment and selection: collaborate with Talent Acquisition team in order to meet strategic staffing business needs
    • • Training and Development: execute activities planned within Training & Development calendar, advice employees on available development tools, support Talent Development programs execution

    Employee Engagement: execute activities planned within Employee Engagement agenda for the team

    • • Corporate policies and procedures: interpret and administer policies and procedures to maintain consistent and fair treatment of all employees, to ensure the internal control requirements; to promote the ethical behaviors.

    Reporting to: HR Manager, CIS, Turkey, Ukraine & CE

    Scope: ? 70 FTE

    Requirements:

    • Higher education
    • Relevant 2-3 years' experience in general HR management, HR project management or HR administration, practical knowledge of the labour law in Ukraine
    • Intermediate English
    • IT literacy: Outlook, Excel, Power Point
