Tax Specialist

Responsibilities:
Tax reporting: Preparation of VAT monthly declaration, accounts and VAT vouchers reconciliation
BS accounts reconciliation, participation in fin statements preparation
Month closing activities according to GAAP and corporate requirements including, but not limited to accruals, cost centers allocation tracking, analysis of trade and advertising accrual, PO status tracking, Tax month closing as per GAAP
Monthly check of trade and advertising documents
Preparing and timely sharing daily, monthly reports to the main stakeholders
Tracking and update of Selling, General and Administration budget and actuals
Cost centers, profit centers, GL accounts housekeeping
Personal Income Tax
Participation in internal control processes and measures
Requirements:
Familiarity with Ukraine Tax Code and local tax restrictions
Readiness to documents verification with critical reasoning approach
Experience in FMCG Finance 3+ years, in Taxes or Accounts Payables areas
Familiar with GAAP, general month closing activities, taxes
Ability to read and comprehend financial statements
Result-oriented, willing to deliver above expectations
Attentive to details
English – not lower than Intermediate
Competent spoken and written native language
