Responsibilities:
- completing sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations
- analyzing performance data, leveraging it to effectively coach, and developing the Sales team;
- being responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations;
- working with Regional Sales Manager to motivate and drive performance of the Sales Team;
- working effectively with internal support departments to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers;
- researching continuously and remaining knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
Requirements:
- University Degree;
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales analysis
- Excellence in MS Office (advanced user of Excel & PowerPoint is a must), knowledge of business intelligence tools
- Experience with MS SQL
- High level of self-organization, initiative;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- English - intermediate level
