User Acquisition Team Lead

Partner's project Boxmode is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Team Lead.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience;
• experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing;
• advanced user of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
• familiarity with Google Optimize and Google Data Studio;
• experience with technical specification creation;
• advertising campaigns in the western Tier 1 markets;
• deep understanding and using of key business metrics ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, ROI;
• ability to build work with User Acquisition processes independently;
• 1+ years experience in managing team of 3+ persons, systematic thinking, business orientation;
• good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

• the full cycle of user acquisition and user re-engagement campaign management: planning, launching and scaling advertising campaigns;
• traffic analysis, CTR, ROI and conversions increasing, optimization of traffic purchase;
• budget management;
• A/B testing and optimization;
• support of GTM, GBQ, and data streaming;
• automate reports to accelerate hypothesis testing and reaction to business changes;
• team management, goals decomposition, conducting daily/weekly meetings, 1:1 meetings, review and assessment of team members;
• market and competitors advertising activities analysis, the search for new channels for user acquisition.
